Product Subscription Policy
This Product Subscription and Stock Reservation Policy outlines the terms and conditions of subscribing to Syche Fix (“we,” “us,” “our”) product subscription service, which includes the reservation of the subscribed product. By subscribing to this service, you agree to adhere to the terms specified below.
1. Subscription and Stock Reservation
a. Subscription Initiation: Upon subscribing to our product subscription service, you initiate a commitment to receive the designated product.
b. Stock Reservation: Upon subscription initiation, the subscribed product will be reserved for you. This means that the product will be taken out of available stock and held exclusively for you.
2. Payment and Completion
a. Payment Schedule: By subscribing, you commit to making monthly payments until cancellation either by you or by us (if we detect fraudlent activities e.g not fufilling payment)
b. Product Delivery: The reserved product will be delivered to you once the subscription is set up (i.e first payment plus one time delivery fee is paid) and confirmed (Standard delivery times applied). Subsequent deliveries will be made after we confirm payment on the set up date which will require no delivery fee.
c. Cancellation of Subscriptions: Subscriptions can only be canceled or modified up to 2 weeks before delivery is made (in this case product will become available on stock again) otherwise, you are responsible for completing the subscription payments.
3. Refund and Return Policy
a. Non-Refundable: Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once you have started the subscription, you are committed to completing the payment cycle and receiving the product.
b. Product Quality: In the event that the delivered product is damaged, defective, or does not meet the specified standards, please refer to our general return policy for appropriate steps to take.
4. Subscription Completion and Ownership
a. Ownership: You will own the subscribed product once the subscription payment is completed plus delivery fee (one time delivery payment during signup), and the product is delivered to you. You will also own products delivered monthly upon payment confirmation by us.
b. Right to Deliver: We reserve the right to deliver the product only upon successful completion of subscription payments (plus one time delivery payment during signup). If at anytime subscription payment is not completed or missed, the product will not be delivered, and no ownership rights will be transferred.
5. Communication
a. Subscription Updates: We will provide periodic updates on the status of your subscription payments and the expected delivery date.
b. Change of Payment Information: If you need to update your payment information or have any questions regarding your subscription, please contact our customer support.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to our product subscription service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy. This policy is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to you.
