Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exclusions: Refunds are not available for items determined to be faulty or damaged due to customer’s negligence. We encourage customers to carefully inspect items upon receipt and report any issues immediately. If an item is damaged during transit, we will take responsibility and refund you.
Items already in transit are not eligble for refund, refund and returns can be made only after item has been marked delivered.
Refund Fees: Customers are responsible for any refund processing fees incurred. This includes any return shipping fees and extra costs.
Returned Item Condition: Items being returned for a refund must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 5 working days after we receive the item for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
